A rose by any other name
Smells just as sweet.

Well, I may not always smell like a rose, nor speak as eloquently as Shakespeare, but I do think I've a pretty cool name. My mom created it by taking the Sanskrit word sheen, for "fatigue", and adding a negating "A-" prefix, to make the name roughly "He who never tires". (Which should explain my sleep patterns...) This is what my name looks like in Marathi script, as it is meant to be written (Marathi is similar to Hindi, and is spoken in Bombay and the state of Maharashtra):
This is what's written on the bracelet I used to wear. My grandfather, a linguist, also suggested that the name is similar to or derived from the Sanskrit word aswan, the position in which one sits to meditate.
